As said, we woke up at 5 am in order to get the bus from Santa Elena to Puntarenas (we bought the tickets the previous day).
Tip: buy reserved seated tickets or else sit at the very end of the bus. The first half of the bus is reserved for people with seated tickets, the second half isn't and there is no limit as to how many people will travel in the bus.
Afternoon: Get into the bus from Puntarenas to Quepos.
We arrived in Quepos at 15:30.
